NEW HIRES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETING THE C.R. MEYER
ONBOARDING PROCESS FROM HOME. ONBOARDING CANNOT
BE COMPLETED WITH A CELL PHONE. THE HALL DOES NOT
HAVE EXTRA COMPUTERS FOR USE.
PER DIEM PROVISIONS: All local hire personnel must be travelling a minimum of 55 miles, one way
from their place of residence to the project site in order to qualify for daily per diem compensation.
This is based on the Drivers License at the time of hire and will not be allowed to change during
employment on Project Gateway.
0 - 54 Miles: There will be no Per Diem paid
Approved Journeymen: Residency 55-65 miles from project site: $50 per day for each day worked while on the project.**
Approved Journeymen: Residency 66-100 miles from project site: $75 per day for each day worked while on the project.**
Approved Journeymen: Residency 101-250 miles from project site: $100 per day for each day worked while on the project.**
Approved Journeymen: Residency 250+ miles from project site: 135 per day for each day worked while on the project.**
Miscellaneous costs (parking, baggage, meals, etc.) while travelling home for weekends
is not reimbursable.

** Personnel are not eligible for per daily diem during a scheduled vacation.

JOURNEYMAN WILL BE PAID $45 PER HOUR IF 90% OF AVAILABLE
WORK IS MET. A JOURNEYMAN WILL BE PAID $35 PER HOUR IF 90% OF
AVAILABLE WORK IS NOT MET.
STARTING MONDAY 10/14/2024, ROSENDIN WILL BE OFFERING AN
ADDITIONAL LABOR INCENTIVE IN ADDITION TO THE CURRENT $10
INCENTIVE PACKAGE. IF THE QUALIFICATIONS LISTED BELOW ARE
MET, THEN OT WILL BE PAID AT THE DOUBLE-TIME RATE OF ST PAY WITH THE $10.

HOURS. THE STANDARD WORK WEEK IS 56 HOURS, SO 50 HOURS PER
